Colorado Food Summit
The Colorado Food Summit was created to build linkages that meet diverse urban food goals while creating viable market opportunities that builds wealth for Colorado farmers and ranchers and rural communities. Developed by the Colorado State University Food Systems team, several main players in the state gathered in January 2020 to spotlight the robust agricultural economy in Colorado and build linkages with growing Denver food markets. Summit materials were developed including conference signage, agenda, table tents, powerpoint slides, a “Know Before You Go” email, and a conference website. Design drivers included utilizing the CSU branding and rural-urban connection assets.
