Office Partners on Pearl

Located in the Broadway Building at 1200 Pearl in downtown Boulder, Office Partners on Pearl is a professional office space solution that suits individual needs with a vision to provide an inspiring home base for businesses with bright futures. Studio35 is the co-working space located in the ground level of this building. Design services included developing a trio of sister logos for the building, the professional office space, and the co-working space, with design intentions meant to identify with the differing audiences. By creating a strong visual identity consistent throughout all of their marketing collateral materials, Office Partners on Pearl looked to build a public awareness that represents their unique place in the Boulder professional office space while  Studio 35 looked to connect with the young entrepreneurial culture of Boulder. The Broadway Building logo was designed to create a memorable signage experience relating to both office solutions.
